It is important to us that you be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, call or e-mail us and we will promptly correct the problem to your satisfaction or you may return the items for a full refund. All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days by UPS Ground, so please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges are added to each order based on the shipping rate table. If faster shipping is required please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm our ability to meet your needs. Additional shipping charges apply on all overnight delivery and expedited orders. Christmas 2007 Deliveries: UPS Ground Shipping: All orders received by 12:00 PM Eastern December 16, 2007 will be shipped UPS ground and will arrive in time for Christmas. Except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must place order by 12:00 Noon Eastern December 14, 2007. Canadian orders please email us at cs@stemlesswineglass.com for your shipping requirements before Christmas. We do offer UPS Next Day and 2nd Day air service. We will charge our shipping cost plus $2.00 for handling for this service. If you wish to order from us in time for Christmas please place a phone order with us and we will be happy to let you know if your product will make it in time. 1-800-624-3114. RETURNED ITEMS: All of our items are carefully packaged by experienced people for shipment to you. Occasionally however breakage may occur. If this happens to you please notify us promptly by phone, fax, or e-mail so we can ship replacements to you. Each order will be insured by UPS so they will want to come by and inspect the damage so please hold on to the items and packaging materials until they inspect the damage. Once UPS verifies the damage you may discard the items and packaging. There is no need to ship them back to us. PERSONAL INFORMATION: We do not sell, share or make available to 3rd parties our customer information. We do not store our customers credit/debit card information. All orders ore shipped via UPS ground. All Orders to the continental US and Canada will incur a flat $1.99 shipping charge regardless of the number of set of glasses ordered. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur a flat $10.99 one time shipping charge per order.
